MSc College Management System Final Year Project Report

College Management System is a complete MERN Stack based College ERP and Student Management System designed to centralize academic, administrative, financial, library, and student-engagement activities in one platform.

The system allows administrators to manage departments, courses, academic sessions, batches, semesters, sections, faculty records, students, subjects, timetable, attendance, assignments, study materials, examinations, grade rules, results, fee structures, student fees, payments, leave applications, notices, events, complaints, notifications, library categories, books, book requests, and book issue/return operations.

Students can register or be created by Admin, log in securely, view their academic information, access timetable and subjects, monitor attendance, submit assignments, download study materials, view published examinations and results, check fee balances, print payment receipts, apply for leave, browse notices and events, request library books, view issued books, create complaints, and receive in-app notifications.

The platform uses a React SPA frontend, Express backend, MongoDB database, Mongoose ODM, JWT authentication, HTTP-only cookies, role-based route protection, local file uploads, and operational reporting. It is designed as a complete College Management System final year project, major project, or minor project for B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, BE, ME, BSc, MSc, Computer Science, IT, and MERN Stack students.
