Scope & Acceptance

By accessing filemakr.com and/or purchasing/downloading any FileMakr deliverable (project report, documentation, source code, diagram pack, templates), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

License & Academic Use

• Academic-only license: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use purchased materials solely for personal academic learning, practice, and final-year submissions.
• No commercial use: You may not use our resources for paid services, productization, or client work.
• Single-user access: Sharing login or files outside your immediate academic work is not permitted.

No Resale / No Redistribution

Reselling, repackaging, publicly distributing, publishing, uploading to public repositories, or otherwise making FileMakr content available to others is strictly prohibited. If we find any resale/redistribution:

• We will pursue legal action and seek monetary damages.
• Your license will be immediately terminated without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, brand assets, templates, diagrams, and source code are owned by FileMakr and/or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. You may not remove copyright notices or proprietary marks.

Payments & Delivery

• Pricing & taxes: Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.
• Secure checkout: We use reputable payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing details.
• Instant delivery: Ready files typically download instantly; we also email/WhatsApp if provided.
• Access window: For security, certain links may have expiry; keep your files safe.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted or you cannot access a purchased deliverable, contact support; we’ll attempt a prompt replacement. For optional Code Setup Support, service timelines are as communicated (usually within 24 hours of purchase).

Prohibited Uses & Academic Integrity

• No reverse engineering of our delivery systems, no attempts to bypass security or link expiries.
• No uploading, seeding, or public sharing of our paid files/code.
• Academic integrity: Use our materials to learn and build. You remain responsible for meeting your institution’s originality and citation standards.

Privacy & Data Use

• We collect minimal data required to process orders and support delivery.
• We do not sell user data.

Support & Setup

• General queries via WhatsApp at +91 83193 39945.
• Code Setup Support (if purchased) is typically delivered within 24 hours by our team.
• Support scope excludes custom feature development unless separately agreed.

Warranty, Limitation of Liability

• Materials are provided “as is” for educational use; we do not guarantee fitness for any commercial purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileMakr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our materials.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in [Your City]. (Update the city to your operational base.)

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or new services. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Effective” date.
