Project's Overview
Complaint Management System is a complete PHP and MySQL final year project developed for educational institutions to manage student complaints from submission to resolution. This major project includes a public website, student portal, and admin panel. Students can register, log in, submit complaints, upload proof files, track complaint status, edit or delete pending complaints, view notices, contact admin, update profile, change password, and give feedback after complaint resolution. Admin can manage students, departments, complaint categories, subcategories, priorities, complaints, complaint status, remarks, notices, feedback, contact messages, reports, profile, and password. The system uses PDO prepared statements, PHP sessions, password hashing, CSRF protection, Bootstrap 5 responsive UI, AJAX subcategory loading, and local file upload validation. This Complaint Management System source code is suitable for students who need a final year project, major project, minor project, source code, and project report based on PHP and MySQL
