M.Tech Notes App and Work Tracker Final Year Project Report

Notes & Work Tracker Application is a complete Core PHP and MySQL productivity management system designed for students, employees, and personal users. The application provides a private workspace where users can create notes, manage tasks, track deadlines, schedule events, view a monthly calendar, receive in-app reminders, and organize daily academic, professional, or personal work.

The system adapts its functionality according to the selected account mode. Student users can manage subjects, assignments, exams, and study tasks. Employee users can organize office tasks, projects, categories, and meetings. Personal users can manage general notes, tasks, reminders, and events. Optional period tracking is available for eligible users who enable it from their profile.

The project includes complete CRUD functionality for notes, tasks, events, subjects, categories, tags, period records, users, and system content. Notes support pin, favorite, archive, trash, restore, and permanent delete functionality. Tasks support deadlines, priorities, statuses, reminders, notes, history, overdue detection, and mode-specific filtering.

The platform also contains a dedicated Admin Panel for user management, content moderation, system settings, module controls, branding, reports, notifications, and administrative activity monitoring.
