Project's Overview
Home Cleaning Services Booking System is a complete MERN Stack web application designed for residential cleaning-service discovery, online booking, scheduling, customer management, cleaner assignment, payment tracking, reviews, complaints, notifications, and administrative operations.
Customers can browse active cleaning categories and services, open service details, select a date and available time slot, choose rooms and address information, view a live price preview, and create a booking. New bookings begin in Pending status and move through a controlled workflow such as Confirmed → Cleaner Assigned → In Progress → Completed. Customers can also cancel eligible bookings, manage multiple addresses, review completed services, receive in-app notifications, and create complaints.
The system includes slot availability, blocked dates, duplicate-slot prevention, active offers, cash-on-service payment recording, cleaner assignment, booking timelines, review moderation, complaints, homepage banners, CMS pages, branding, and operational reports. Cleaners are managed internally by administrators and do not have a separate login panel.
The Admin Console allows administrators to manage categories, services, booking slots, blocked dates, customers, cleaners, bookings, payments, offers, reviews, complaints, banners, content pages, brand settings, and reports.
