Project's Overview
HostelHub Pro is a final year project developed using Core PHP and MySQL for managing hostel operations through Admin, Manager, and Student portals. This final year project allows students to register, browse rooms, submit booking requests, view room allocation, check fees and dues, view mess menu, read notices, submit complaints, apply for leave, and manage profile details. Managers can handle daily hostel operations such as bookings, room allocations, visitors, attendance, mess attendance, complaints, maintenance requests, payments, notices, and operational reports. Admins can manage managers, students, hostels, rooms, room categories, beds, bookings, allocations, fees, payments, complaints, notices, mess details, visitors, leave requests, and reports. With role-based access, AJAX bed loading, premium dashboards, and complete CRUD workflows, this project is suitable for a final year major project in PHP, MySQL, and hostel administration systems.
