Online Games Sale & Service System is a complete PHP and MySQL based e-commerce and gaming service management application designed for online sale of PC and console games along with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair service booking.

Customers can browse games by category, platform, brand, price, and stock availability, view detailed game information, add products to cart or wishlist, select a delivery address, apply active offers, and place orders using Cash on Delivery or manual bank/UPI transfer. Manual payment users can upload payment proof and a reference number for administrator verification.

The commerce workflow includes order placement, confirmation, stock deduction, processing, shipping, delivery, cancellation rules, invoice creation, reviews, and in-app notifications. Inventory is reduced when an administrator confirms an order rather than immediately at checkout, making the stock workflow easy to manage and demonstrate.

The project also contains a complete Gaming Service Management System. Customers can browse services, create service requests, upload issue images, track request timelines, cancel eligible requests, and submit reviews after service completion. Administrators can accept or reject service requests, assign technicians, move requests through operational statuses, add final charges, and complete the service workflow.

The Admin Panel provides management for brands, categories, platforms, games, inventory, orders, manual payments, offers, delivery settings, users, service categories, services, technicians, service requests, reviews, support tickets, notifications, banners, policies, site settings, system settings, and reports.
